Our beautiful luxury home is in a gated community in the middle of Princeville with gorgeous mountain and waterfall views from the large great room. Three bedrooms and three baths provide lodging for up to 6 people. There is a gated swimming pool and hot tub area across from the condo. All of the condo and complex is accessible by guests.
The condo is near shopping, golf, beaches and two miles from Hanalei. It is just a two minute walk to the Makai Club House and tennis courts. Ten minute walk to the ocean. Five minute drive to the St. Regis Hotel.
The house is decorated throughout in a Hawaiian theme, with lots of bright colors, Hawaiian artwork, and views from every window. New teak and tile floors and new carpeting add to the elegance.

A gourmet kitchen greets the cooking enthusiast, complete with Cuisinart appliances, coffee maker, Ninja blender, toaster, Analon pots and pans, cutting boards, colander, portable mixer, basic spices, oil, and wine glasses. There’s also a private BBQ on the upper lanai, with start-up propane and BBQ utensils provided.
Beach gear is provided for your visits to the many nearby beaches, including beach coolers with blue ice, beach backpack chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and beach towels.
The house has WiFi, an HD flat screen tv with Ipod docking station, a DVD player and DVD library, along with assorted board games and many local guidebooks/ historical references to the area. We have created a detailed Guest Book on the sideboard upstairs with all the information on the condo, the community rules, and area suggestions for recreation, restaurants, and sights not to be missed.
