“Our stay in your home in Kauai was wonderful. The interior was even more beautiful than the photos we saw. It is a lovely home and a great location for getting down to Hanalei quickly to catch a few waves! My husband loved the Cal King bed as he is 6’5 and I found it very comfortable. We had a downstairs bedroom with shower and toilet attached. My brother and his wife were also downstairs and had a king bed with a shower, tub and toilet. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom is just next to it but not attached so people on that level can use the bathroom without going into the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with things to store food in or make salads etc. We all appreciated that! Everything was very comfortable and of course the view of the mountain from several windows was spectacular! I would recommend your home to family and friends who I know are planning a trip to Kauai. “We’ve stayed here twice as a family and feel like it’s a home away from home. After multiple stays elsewhere prior to this, we feel we’ve found something that suits. Denese is wonderful to deal with and has been extremely thorough in preparing the home for guests. It is very well appointed, particularly the kitchen. The beach gear is really helpful, too. The villas are very well-built, which is not always the case on the North shore, and the complex is well run. It’s not on the beach, but it has a great view of the mountains, and it is a comfortable place to hang if it rains or you need a break from the sun (more comfortable than cramped coastal condos). “Perfect Vacation, Perfect Location, Perfect Accommodations!! The house has 3 great bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom…which was wonderful! We stayed busy exploring the island and it was always nice to come back to a full kitchen where we could prepare are own meals. We caught Mahi Mahi on a fish charter and was able to use the patio grill to cook our catch. The pool was right across from our housing. The entire community is clean and safe. Princeville offers a great grocery store, hardware store and much more. We found Anini beach close with calmer waters and great snorkeling. We did the Holo Holo Catamaran Napali Coast tour – which I recommend. Saw dolphins, sea turtles, and did a bit of snorkeling. A fantastic light house, Queens Bath, Hanalei Beach and Town, zip lining and kayaking are all very close. We did the Gaylord Hula on our last night and what a fantastic way to end our vacation….extremely entertaining. Our Host “Denese” was in constant contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Morning coffee with the birds on the patio deck will always be remembered. “This was our third time to Kauai and this was by far the best place that we have stayed. The house was in a perfect location (walking distance to Hideaways and St. Regis beaches and the Makai Golf Course, less than 20 min to Ke’e, tunnels, and Hanalei beach; and 5-10min from two shopping/dinner areas). The pool is just a few steps away from the front door. We tried a new beach each day and kayaked around the Napaili coast – amazing! The view from the living room is postcard perfect! Our first morning we were greeted with a double rainbow over the mountains. The house was very spacious and our kids were happy to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The decorating and wood floors make it feel like home. Everything we needed was provided (snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, towels, kitchen supplies, and more). The owners were so helpful to us during our planning and during our stay. “This was our first visit to Kauai and this condo made it even more special. It’s beautiful, amazingly spacious and comfortable. The view of the mountains from the living area was a treat: watching the clouds gather and disperse, distant waterfalls form and then fade away, and rainbows into the bargain. The location was extraordinarily convenient. It’s minutes from the Princeville shopping center with a well-stocked Foodland supermarket (be sure to sign up for their free loyalty card to save a bundle), multiple restaurants (we had excellent meals from the tiny Chinese and Mexican restaurants in the food court) and other stores. A few more minutes in the other direction gets you to Hanalei, where you can rent snorkel gear (including vision-correcting masks) for the day/week, get fresh food at the farmer’s market, find souvenirs at Ching Young Village shops, or do some easy kayaking along the Hanalei river. Fifteen minutes south you can find Anini Beach Park with excellent accessible snorkeling, picnic areas and facilities. About half an hour north is Ke’e Beach (not as easy a drive — some rough roadway) with great snorkeling as well. (Note that safety of the beaches depends on the season. In summer, the North Shore is the place to be.) The condo was well-supplied with all the equipment, spices, etc., you need if you are cooking at home, which we did quite a bit, including barbecuing on the balcony. All the bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, mats., etc. that we needed were available. We got good use from the washer and dryer that are on the lower level. We were a little concerned about how we would handle the temperatures, but the ceiling fans in every room did an excellent job of keeping us comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. You know that you’ve had a great vacation when, on the way to the airport, you are already talking about “next time…” — and that will definitely include staying here!” – July 2014 guest

“We traveled to Kauai for our first vacation since our 2008 honeymoon. It was a much-needed vacation, for sure! We brought our three-month-old daughter and four family members along with us. All we wanted was to relax and enjoy some quiet time for a week. That’s exactly what we got. With three large bedrooms, we had more than enough room to spread out and get some peace and quiet. That’s not always easy with a baby. We set out on a number of excursions, exploring a different part of the island every day. Princeville is definitely the nicest area I saw. We did a majority of our cooking at the condo. The kitchen lacked nothing for meal prep. To finish off the night after a long day at the beach and after fixing a great meal, there was nothing better than a nice soak in the hot tub! “We travel to Princeville every year with another couple to visit friends and had usually rented a house, but we really enjoyed the ammenities of this condo much better. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very easy to work in. The location is great, it is right across from the complex pool and jacuzzi and for you golfers and tennis players, it is very short walking distance to Makai course and courts. It is so close to the Makai course that after playing a round of golf the attendants gladly gave us a ride on the golf cart back to the condo. The fact that the condo is in a secure gated complex, was also a nice feature. Another plus is that the owners are very friendly and easy to work with. “My stay here was the best. The condo is beautiful and has all of the amenities of home (plus a few). I arrived to a fresh flower arrangement which lasted through my week stay.
